The PCTEL Maxrad BMATM338 vehicle roof mount antenna installation hardware kit is a special application NMO mount for Motorola-style mobile antennas 0-1000 MHz in thick surfaces. This brass permanent mount is for a 3/8 inch hole in mounting surfaces 1/32 to 1/2 an inch thick. 

The PCTEL mobile antenna vehicle roof mount includes a solder lug connection but no cable. Thread size is 1 1/8 inch - 18.
