The AWK-6222-US-T is a 802.11a/b/g AP/Bridge/AP client featuring dual RF modules and a metal housing with IP68 certified protection. Dual independent RF modules operate on the 2.4 and/or 5 GHz US operating channels. Unit includes two 10/100BaseT(X) and one RS-232 waterproof RJ45-type connectors and N-type female external antenna connectors. -40 to 75C operating temperature range.

The AWK-6222 Series offers increased system reliability with PoE and dual DC power inputs, along with a dual-RF design with 2.4 and 5 GHz dual-band operation for redundant WLAN connections. Units also feature redundant roaming for fast and stable handoff. RSTP provides Ethernet redundancy.

The Moxa AWK-6222 handles critical industrial and outdoor environments with an IP68-rated metal housing and a wide operating temperature. Systems provide long-distance wireless transmission over 10 km. The units have an anti-vibration M12 design and water/dust-tight RJ45 connectors. Wall, DIN-Rail, and pole mounting options are available for outdoor installation.

To maximize wireless and wired network availability, the AWK- 6222 can incorporate Ethernet redundancy using RSTP, and power redundancy using dual DC power inputs and PoE. The AWK-6222 is housed in an IP68 metal casing with M12 connectors for total protection against dust, water, vibration, and other environmental effects. This rugged unit supports seamless roaming to achieve ultra-reliable and redundant wireless networks under challenging outdoor, mobile conditions. These industrially hardened features let you set up a rock-solid WLAN to ensure that your entire network will always be in service.
