The Sixnet EL-228-D0-1 is an industrially hardened managed Ethernet switch with 28 ports. Switch includes (24) 10/100 SFP ports, (2) 100/1000BaseT Ethernet ports, and (2) Gigabit combo ports (SFP/RJ45). This switch has all network and console ports on the front while the power is located on the rear. The EL-228-D0-1 is IP50 rated, and can operate from -40 to 85C with no fans. Power input on this model is a single power input which accepts +/-18-75 VDC with dual inputs.
The EL line of rackmount Ethernet switches offer up to 4 Gigabit ports consisting of (2) RJ45 and (2) combo RJ45/SFP.
The EL line of switches are KEMA IEC 61850, IEEE 1613, NEMA TS-2, EN 50155, EN 50121 and Class 1, Div2. This 1U switch is designed to meet the extreme requirements of power substations, traffic control, railway and other harsh environments.
