Moxa Americas Inc. 2x RS-232/422/485 1x RJ45 Secure Device Server

The Moxa NPort 6250 secure device server is designed to connect (2) RS-232/422/485 serial devices to (1) RJ45 10/100BaseT Ethernet port. This device server uses SSL and SSH protocols to transmit encrypted serial data over Ethernet. This device server also supports port buffering, and IPV6. Operating temperature of 0 to 55C, and Input voltage is 12 to 48 VDC.

The NPort 6200 Series Secure Serial Device Servers offer quick to deploy serial to IP connectivity. Device server uses the SSL and SSH protocol to transmit sensitive data over Ethernet. NPort 6100's supports Real COM, TCP Server, TCP Client, Pair Connection, Terminal, and Reverse Terminal operation modes. Remote configuration is enhanced using HTTPS and SSH connections.

Serial devices can be found in POS, kiosks, monitoring and control systems. Some applications require secure communication like in financial transactions.
